2025 Week 5 Recap
My season is done. 1-4 means I basically have to win out. Congrats to all of you on having a 1/11 shot at winning the championship now. At least I have the Dolphins to fall back on.

Okay, well at least I have my Pokes.
At least my Cubs are in the playoffs.
Fuck...(Note: I started writing this on Tuesday the 7th. Cubs in 5 baby!)
Week 5 Bets:
Austin vs Rusty - Winner gets round of golf - Winner: Rusty
Brady vs Bryan - Winner gets round of golf - Winner: Bryan
Week 5 FAAB Recap:
Dak Prescott - $75 - Brady - Don't ask man. Not the first time I've dropped someone and then spent money the next week.
Steffon Diggs - $50 - Clint - Idk about this one man. Time will tell.
Khalil Shakir - $16 - Aron - Aron needed WR help but the Bills WR corp is tough to gauge.
Dallas Goedert - $13 - Rusty - 9.4 points from a TE picked up off the waivers was a pretty good deal. Helped Rusty beat Austin.
Week 5 Bad Moves:
Demercado dropped a TD at the goalline, which lead to him losing 8 points. Still didn't matter.
I made some questionable trades, but I'm also desperate at this point. Surprisingly none of those trades cost me my game.
Week 6 Power Rankings:
Last place. No surprise there.
Dom? More like Dominator. Chris may be undefeated but Dom's team is the standout on the season.
Week 6 Game of the Week:
Bryan vs Chris
All the matchups kind of sucked this week so I let ChatGPT decide:
"The undefeated Ck CK squad has been steamrolling opponents all season, but this week’s clash with New World Order feels like a potential trap game. At 5–0, Chris Klasing’s team is the clear favorite on paper — yet the projections tell a different story. New World Order enters as a slight favorite, led by fantasy powerhouse Josh Allen and an explosive WR duo of A.J. Brown and Tee Higgins ready to light up the scoreboard.
For Ck CK, the story revolves around rookie sensation Jayden Daniels. His dual-threat ability has been a steady anchor, but he’ll need big help from Garrett Wilson and tight end Kyle Pitts to keep pace with New World Order’s offensive firepower. With the Texans’ defense on a bye, Ck CK will have to find points elsewhere, putting pressure on every flex decision.
Meanwhile, B.T.’s New World Order looks rejuvenated after a slow start. Josh Allen faces Atlanta’s soft secondary, and if Travis Etienne continues his hot streak, this team could post one of its highest totals of the season. Sam LaPorta also gives NWO a steady floor at tight end, which might prove crucial in a matchup that could go down to Monday night.
If Ck CK pulls this one out, they’ll cement themselves as the league’s unquestioned top dog. [Editor's Note: I don't know about that. I still take Dom as the top dog either way.] But if New World Order can pull the upset, it could signal a power shift — and the rest of the league might finally have hope that the undefeated can, in fact, be beaten."
Commissioner's Pick: I don't know. Bryan
